Please note once your delivery has left us we can only take limited accountability for it. If problems occur, we will do everything in our power to help you solve them however we do not own the courier company, so your delivery is mainly in their hands.

Faulty or Damaged Products
We work very hard to make sure that every item that leaves Wooden Gadgets’ warehouse is rigorously checked and sensibly packaged. Occasionally something goes wrong – and we’ll do our best to put it right.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or if something is damaged in transit, then get in touch. Please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your goods, either by phone on or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Unsuitable or “Not-Sure-It’s-Me” Items
If something you’ve ordered doesn’t suit for a different reason, then we might still offer you a refund.
Items should be returned within 28 days of receipt, and be unused and in the original packaging. The cost of posting unsuitable items is the customer’s responsibility. If we receive your item outside the 28-day period, or if the product does not reach us in a saleable condition, we might need to decline your refund. Should this happen we will return the item(s) to you. Exchanges are usually possible.
Please be aware that the item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so try and repack them as carefully as you can. Make sure you get a Proof of Postage Certificate in case your parcel gets lost in transit.
